Ginger crushing machine working principle

Driven by the motor, the flying knife rotates around its own axis in the gap between the fixed bottom knives, thereby crushing the fruits and vegetables. There are four sets of flying knives on the rotor, and the bottom knife is a group. Depending on the type of fruits and vegetables, the discharge hopper has a bucket type. and tubular form. A buffer net device is added to the upper part of the discharge hopper (marked as A in the schematic diagram) to obtain finer-grained materials. The frame can be covered with stainless steel plates according to user requirements.
